Maryah

Effective 16 September 2026

Privacy Policy

This notice covers our website and intake assessment. It is not a licence to use your company’s operational records.

Who looks after your information

Maryah is operated by Maryah Global LLC, 447 Broadway, 2nd Floor, 3358, New York, NY 10013, New York, US. That entity is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact hello@maryah.ai about this notice or your information.

What we collect

When you complete the assessment, we collect your work email and the answers you provide about your company: its size, records history, industry, your role, customers, revenue range, languages, tools and authority to license records. We may use your email domain as a company label. It is not proof of your employer or authority to act for that company.

We record your estimate, submission time and the version of the authorization you accepted. Our systems may record IP address, browser information, approximate location, referring pages, referral codes, campaign tags and relevant website activity to operate the site, identify sources and protect against abuse.

If you book a call, the booking provider collects your name, email and scheduling details. Information you give us later in emails or calls may become part of your enquiry record.

The intake does not request raw emails, chats, customer records or company datasets. Start with high-level information; counts and screenshots can be discussed next. Any transfer of company data follows a separate buyer deal and agreed terms. Do not submit passwords or sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

We use your information to calculate an illustrative estimate, review the opportunity, contact you about your assessment, arrange discussions and record a referral’s source. An estimate is not an offer, guaranteed payment or a decision granting a data licence.

With the authorization described at submission, relevant opportunity information may be shared with selected licensing providers to assess or arrange a licensing discussion. Submitting the assessment is not a newsletter signup or a data licence. You can withdraw permission for future contact or sharing by emailing us.

Who receives it

Maryah staff handling enquiries can access relevant lead information. Our intake workflow uses Vercel for hosting, Neon for database storage, Composio to connect services, Google Sheets for lead follow-up and a private Slack channel for notifications. A referring partner may see the attributed business and relevant activity in their portal. Selected licensing providers may receive relevant opportunity information under the authorization described above.

Calendly handles optional intake bookings. Other pages use iClosed. These providers process booking information under their own notices and their agreements with Maryah. Loading an embedded calendar can send technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to the provider before you book.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights.

Cookies, analytics and referral tracking

The site uses browser storage and referral parameters to remember where visitors arrived from. The first-touch referral record is used for up to 90 days. Browser storage may remain until you clear it, even after the record stops being used.

The website includes Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for activity measurement and advertising attribution. Embedded services may use their own cookies. You can use your browser’s settings to block or clear cookies and site storage; this may affect saved referral information and embedded features.

How long we keep it

We do not apply a fixed expiry date to lead records simply because an enquiry becomes inactive. We retain relevant contact and assessment information for ongoing business development and potential licensing opportunities while it remains necessary for those purposes and permitted by applicable law. Retention also takes account of your requests, agreements, legal obligations and disputes. This is not a commitment to keep every record indefinitely regardless of need.

Contact us to request deletion or discuss whether we still need your information. Some records may need to be kept where law requires it.

Where information is processed

Our service providers may process information outside your country, where data-protection laws may differ. Contact us for information about the providers and international processing relevant to your enquiry.

Your choices

You can ask questions, request correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for future contact or sharing by emailing hello@maryah.ai. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out lawfully.

Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to access your data, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy and complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

Changes to this notice

We will update the effective date when this notice changes. Material changes requiring new permission will be addressed before the changed processing starts.
